Ⅰ、Notes for hydraulic oil selection
*、When the use of pressure below 7MPA , choose the ISO standard VG32 ~ 68 viscosity hydraulic oil or anti-wear hydraulic oil.
*、When the use of pressure above 7MPA , select the ISO viscosity standard VG32 ~ 68 a considerable anti-wear hydraulic oil.
*、Use the following hydraulic oil,please contact Kompass technical department.:Phosphate system,fatty acid esters system,Water, a glycol system,W/Oemulsion、HWBF
Ⅱ、Viscosity and oil temperature
* Using in the viscosity of 15 ~ 400cSt, oil temperature 0 ~ 60 ℃。
Ⅲ、Pump installation and eccentric
* When drive shaft and the eccentric shaft in the 0.05mm below,can not increase the shaft radial force.
* When the axis is inconsistent, it will produce bearings, O-ring damage, noise, vibration, and the reasons for causing pump failure.
* To avoid the chain gears with a belt-driven pumps to the sides.(This is to generate noise and cause bearing damage.)
Ⅳ、Tubing Installation
* To steel for the piping, the installation tube take care not to make rigid eccentric while installation tube.
* Mandatory takeover eccentric, is the biggest reason for the noise.
Ⅴ、Tubing leakage
* Pipeline leaks, and other return pipe can not merge.Oil return alone to maintain the pressure in the pump shell 0.35kgf/cm2 below.
* Return pipe into the fuel tank below the liquid level, as far as possible away from the Oil Pipe Installation
Ⅵ、Notes for start point
* Start pump before it will pump hydraulic oil into the oiling port, when the pump pressure in the crust below 0.35kgf/cm2
* To start, do not rapidly rise to full-speed rotation, the motor switch initially repeated ON-OFF, when the air tubing in continuous operation before discharge. Be sure to buck the state starting in the no-load circuit.
Ⅶ、Rotary direction
* Direction from the shaft side, standard clockwise direction, counter-clockwise is a special product, please note when ordering.
Ⅷ、Oil Pressure
* Oil pressure keep-125mmHg or less
* Oil pressure on a high, then the resulting cavitation. Component damage, noise, vibration, reduced life
Ⅸ、Filter
* Hydraulic oil pollution, is to pump failure and reduced life reasons, please give full attention to hydraulic oil pollution, pollution control, degree-level or less in NAS9
* The purpose of the use of 150 in the Oil filter port; in the main return pipe on the oil filter be sure to use the 25u below; 140kgf/cm2 more occasions, please use the 10u of the oil filter.
Ⅹ、The maximum operating pressure
* The maximum operating pressure of time, as a cycle of 10% or less, hold time of 6 seconds or less.
